TRINITY |
The word trinity is a word that is not in the bible, but is used to describe a concept that is in the bible. It describes the relationship of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
a. Each being distinct (Mathew 3:16-17)
b. Each being God (Father: 1Cor 8:4-6; Son: John 1:1, Heb 1:8, 1Tim 3:16, Phil 2:6; Holy Spirit: Acts 5:3-4)
c. Make up one God (Deut 6:4, Isa 44:6) 1x1x1=1

God's active force
(Reasoning from the Scriptures, WB&TS, 1989, page
380). |
He
is the third member of the Godhead. He is a

Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 359, 577) |
|
JESUS CHRIST |
The Son of God. Second person of the Trinity (John 1:1, Heb 1:8, 1Tim 3:16, Phil 2:6). |
The first of God's creation
(Reasoning from the Scriptures, WB&TS, 1989, page
209). |
Christ
is the most favored of the sons of God. (Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 82).

men in pre-existence were spirit children of
God.
(Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 751)
|

was resurrected with a tangible body of flesh
and bones (Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966,

(Watchtower, WB&TS, 1966, page
103). |
Christ
will come, “not in the form of a woman,
neither of a man traveling on the earth”,
but in his power, and dominion to take
vengeance on the ungodly and reward the
righteous. (Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 688)
Christ
makes appearances and returns to earth between
his resurrection and his second coming.
(Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 693-694
|
| HEAVEN |
For all those that accept Christ as Lord and Savior (1Peter 1:3-4, John 17:20,24). |
Only for the 144,000 that are anointed.
All other Jehovah Witnesses will live in paradise on earth.
(Watchtower, WB&TS, Feb 1, 1982, page
28). |
Made
up of three kingdoms of glory: (Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 348)
a.
Celestial: Highest level of heaven.

b. Terrestrial: Second level of heaven.
For lukewarm Mormons or honorable men who
have been blinded.
Also,
those in the Telestrial kingdom can work their
way up to the Terrestrial kingdom. (Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 784)
c. Telestial: The lowest kingdom in
heaven, where most of the people who died from
Adam to the present will be.
God
and Christ do not dwell there. (D &C
76:81,112; Mormon
Doctrine, Bruce Mc Conkie, 1966, page 778).
|
|
HELL |
A literal place of torment. The final destination for those that don't accept Christ (Luke 12:4-5, John 14:6, Heb 10:28-31). |

Timothy 2:24-26: And the servant of the
Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all
men, apt
to teach, patient, in meekness instructing
those that oppose themselves; if God
peradventure will give them repentance to
the acknowledging of the truth, and that
they may recover themselves out of the snare
of the devil, who are taken captive by him
at his will. (KJV)
